About the treatment
All-on-4 is a full-arch option in which a fixed bridge is supported by four dental implants. It may be considered for selected people who need to replace most or all teeth in one jaw, but it is not suitable for every mouth.
Dr Thinus Oelofse (BChD Pret, GDC 53087) leads our implant service. Assessment includes your dental and medical history, gum health, bite and available bone before the options and alternatives are explained. Existing fees start from £13,000 per arch.

The position and angle of each implant is planned from your clinical examination and scans. Healing and integration take time, and the sequence varies according to the condition of the teeth, gums and bone. Bone grafting or another approach may still be needed in some cases.
A temporary restoration may be provided during healing where appropriate. The definitive bridge is considered after the implants and surrounding tissues have been reviewed. Dr Thinus will explain the likely stages, limitations, maintenance needs and alternatives before treatment.

All-on-4 Dental Implants FAQs

Four carefully angled titanium implants are placed in each arch - two at the front and two towards the back. These act as new roots, bonding to your bone over three to four months. A fixed bridge is then attached, giving you a full set of stable, natural-looking teeth.
