New Patients - What to Expect

Welcome to Danbury Dental Care. We are delighted you have chosen us and want to make your first visit as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Before Your Visit

  1. Book your appointment - call 01245 225091 or contact us online
  2. Complete your forms - we will send you a medical history form to fill in before your visit
  3. Bring photo ID - and a list of any medications you are currently taking

Your First Appointment

Your new patient assessment (£77) typically takes around 30 minutes and includes:

  • A thorough examination of your teeth, gums and soft tissues
  • Any necessary X-rays (digital, low-dose radiation)
  • A discussion about your dental history and any concerns
  • A clear explanation of our findings, shown on screen
  • A personalised treatment plan with all fees explained before you proceed

There is no pressure to commit to treatment on the day. We want you to feel informed and comfortable with every decision.

Nervous About Your First Visit?

If dental anxiety has been keeping you away, you are not alone - and we understand completely. Read about how we help nervous patients or let us know when you book and we will allow extra time and make sure you feel supported from the moment you arrive.
